You will wear the trays for a specified amount of time each day, as determined by Dr. Ahmed. Over the course of several weeks, the whitening gel will gradually lighten the shade of your teeth.

After your teeth whitening treatment is complete, it's important to maintain good oral hygiene habits to keep your teeth looking bright and healthy. This includes brushing and flossing regularly, and avoiding foods and beverages that can stain your teeth, such as coffee and red wine.
